Excellent explanation of everything, was worried i wouldn't understand anything, but it was very clear..

Thorough and comprehensive information. I understand why my dog is behaving in unwanted ways and can recognise the signs. I have misinterpreted his anxiety as affection or excitement. I feel I have a lot more knowledge and tools to help my dog now and have realistic expectations of the time involved. Within a week, he is relaxing more and chewing more, which makes me feel we have made a good start and can do this.

I found the behaviour consultation really informative and it made me realise how much we needed training as well as our dog. You think you are doing the right thing but we have probably been making things worse. We look forward to the practical training now.

I must admit I was extremely sceptical of an online course when my vet did my referral and took me a week to come round to the idea only because I am the generation that as probably always believed face to face was best. After completing the online course though there is some information I need to go back to really take it in , everything was explained to make so much sense. The sad thing is I now realise that all the advice of my old vet to three trainers along the way up until now as been completely the wrong advice or techniques and it as upset me to realise that. However I’m looking forward to speaking with Dr Katie and moving forward with our dog Bentley’s treatment plan ….Debbie
